Competition Coaching: Six-Week Performance & Recovery Nutrition Coaching
You've been training HARD. Make your next athletic event your BEST one yet with Competition Coaching. Make it count!
Incorporating performance and recovery nutrition strategies into your routine is essential for elevated performance - and especially your recovery. ANY athletic event is extremely taxing on your body and brain! We'll focus on:
- Proper fueling, featuring the quantity and quality of food that's right for you.
- Performance strategies that are uniquely designed for what YOU want to accomplish.
- Optimized recovery routines to help you bounce back to your regularly schedule training faster, reduce chance of injury and see results.
Here's how our six-week coaching package works ($150/6 weeks):
Your program begins FIVE WEEKS OUT from your athletic event. It includes:
- An initial consultation with Coach Breezy to determine your personalized plan, which is based on your event needs and goals.
- Logging food and tracking customized, performance-focused macros via Practice Better, a state-of-the-art health tracking platform.
- A before and after InBody body composition reading (if applicable).
- Expert guidance, accountability and support from Coach Breezy.
For ONE WEEK after your athletic event, we'll focus on your recovery. This can include manipulated macros, guidance on active and passive recovery techniques, sleep, stress management and more.
Remote Training: Add-On Programming
Individualized & Results-Driven Strength & Conditioning Programming
No matter how jam-packed your busy schedule is, you CAN fit the training program you desire into your routine. Our one-on-one, individualized and results-driven programming is designed to suit your needs, whether we're writing up your sweat sessions for at-home or the gym, accessory work, cardio, competition training, event preparation and more.
We design your program to help you work towards your unique goals, like strength gain, elevating your engine, improving form, body composition change, more confidence in the gym, longevity and vitality - you name it.
Here's what you can expect:
- Progressive Strength & Conditioning programming created especially for you based off your goals, body, preferences and lifestyle.
- Weekly Programming delivered to you via the EverFit app.
- Weekly Feedback session with your Coach via Zoom or email.
- Communication with your Coach via EverFit's messaging capabilities.
- Accountability, guidance and support from your Coach to keep you progressing towards your goals.
