My name is Cathleen Calkins-Cordner and I am a firm believer that the food we eat is the key to living the best version of ourselves. Good nutrition holds the promise of feeling, sleeping, thinking, and looking better. Knowing which foods trigger a healthy response inside your body is the secret to understanding what good dietary nutrition looks like for you. It’s really that simple!

I know, I know; using the word simple to talk about nutrition doesn’t feel right. But, it is. The best version of you is within reach once you’ve had a chance to really listen to your body, really notice how you feel after you eat something, figure out which foods heal, fuel, and disable you, and establish (and follow) a few guiding tenants of what good nutrition is for you. It’s not impossible and the good news still is, it really is simple.
